Open Studio with Penny Dell:

I will exhibit small works, including oil transfer drawings, collages and paintings at an open studio event. The entire 6^th floor in the Parkway building is filled with artists who work in oil, acrylic, encaustic, and printmaking, so there will be a lot of art to see.
